Now it’s easy to purchase a gift membership to the West Philly Tool Library online.
Simply complete the form below, pay online, and within 48 hours (oftentimes less), you will receive an individualized gift certificate sent directly to your email account.
The Tool Library uses a voluntary sliding scale membership fee schedule. We ask that you pay between $20 and $50 based on your individual income for the one-year membership.
Here’s what we suggest:

Lifetime gift memberships are also available for $200. If the person you’re buying the membership for is planning on being in the neighborhood for awhile–like us–you’ll be glad you did in a few years. Plus, the upfront money will help the Tool Library buy more tools that you can borrow.
The year-long membership becomes active on the day that the person brings the certificate into the Tool Library and signs up to be a member.
